<p><strong>How Portable Measurement Technology is Used in Battery Case Manufacturing and Assembly?</strong></p>
<p>Assembly is one of the important links in manufacturing process, which requires strict process control and quality control. For example, in the manufacturing process of new energy vehicle batteries, aluminum alloy materials are often used to make battery shells in order to make the battery lighter and enhance heat dissipation. However, aluminum parts are susceptible to thermal deformation during production and assembly, resulting in deviations in mounting hole positions, frame structures, and battery module assembly accuracy.</p>
<p>To solve the problem, PMT portable arm is used to inspect the battery case, and gives feedback on production process through real-time data acquisition. This will help to facilitate both manufacturing and assembly process, and improve product quality and production efficiency.</p>
