Technologies and Layout Design
PMT has been dedicated to portable measurement technologies for years and achieved numerous patents. The ALPHA series includes 6-axis and 7-axis portable arms and scan arms. PMT portable measuring arm consists of two carbon fiber steel fixed arm lengths and six or seven angle encoders. The encoder is manufactured by PMT independently and can be sold separately. The ALPHA series features an equal length design and internal counter balancing system, which ensures flexibility and ease of operation as well as a full measurement range. PMT ALPHA portable arm offers a measurement range of 1.5 to 4.5 meters and an operating temp range of 5 to 45 ℃ .The built-in temperature sensors enable an effective compensation under varying temperatures. It is widely used in areas including automobiles, aerospace, defense and military industry, rail transportation, engineering machinery, and education sector.
In the meantime, for purpose of providing customers with more comprehensive measurement solutions and continuously expanding the boundaries of metrology technology, PMT is committed to the research and development of CMM’s core systems, including probes, controllers and software. At present, PMT has launched a new series of products, which is divided into four series: Bridge CMM FUTURE, PRIME, Shop Floor CMM SPACE and Gantry CMM LOONG. The FUTURE series is designed with a rectangular beam structure, separated airflow with independent operation and other leading technologies in CMM, which can rival mid-and high-end metrology equipment of foreign import brands.
